This update included new features fixes.

Fixes - Analysis​

Course Summary

  • KS3 Course Summary (custom grading view) can now be exported. (KS3)

Grade Breakdown

  • Fixed labels for A-A* and A-B* columns. (KS5)

New - Admin​

SIMS MIS Import

  • SIMS MIS import now available. Follow the steps in this article to connect 4Matrix Cloud to SIMS.

Fixes - Admin​

Admin Tools UI

  • Updated UI for consistency across several admin tools, including:
    • Attendance
    • Roles
    • Academic Years
    • Subjects
    • Data Connections
    • KPI Settings

Bromcom MIS Import

  • Fixed issue when importing multiple year groups.
  • Fixed issue where end dates could import as 0000.

Edit Markbook / Pupil Basedata

  • Fixed issue where KS4 GIAP did not generate Value Added after import.
  • Removing a pupil from the AAB measure now works correctly.

Edit Pupils

  • Fixed issues with changes to DOB, admission, and leaving dates Note: MIS extracts will still overwrite manual changes:
    • Removing leaving date no longer removes DOB
    • Saving updated values now works as expected

Edit Results by Course

  • Now works with KS5 series.

Edit Series

  • Series creation dialogue - Fixed issue with short name text overlapping.
  • Effective date now defaults to the series date instead of today.

Groups

  • Fixed an intermittent issue where class groups could not be deleted and would reappear on re-load/after refresh.

SIMS MIS Import

  • Fixed issue for BETA testing schools where staff details were not imported against groups.

Misc

  • 2FA verification emails are now branded.
