Update 12th March

This update included new features and fixes.

New Features - Security

Added – Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for System Accounts

• Introduced 2FA for users logging in with email and password.
• 2FA can now be enabled or disabled per user via the Edit Users tool.
• Added bulk action to enable or disable 2FA for multiple users at once.
• When enabled, users will receive an email containing a verification code during login, which must be entered to complete authentication.
• Users can also enable 2FA via authenticator apps (e.g. Microsoft or Google Authenticator) from the user menu (top right).

Fixes – Admin

Fusion Upload

• Fixed an issue that prevented Year 12 series from uploading

Edit Pupils

• The Current parameter now shows pupils with a leaving date beyond the end of the selected academic year
• Added a 'Clear Dates' option to Bulk Actions > Set Leaving Date control
