Update 22nd September

This update included new features and fixes.

These release notes bring together the updates and improvements made to 4Matrix Cloud throughout August and September 2026.

New - Analysis

Course Overview (KS5)

• Added a new bulk export feature.

Comparison Series Selector

• Comparison series can now be selected from different academic years, allowing comparisons such as Year 11 Results against Year 10 Mocks.

Course Overview (KS4)

• Fixed an issue with AOB figures where pupils with missing data could cause figures to display incorrectly across all rows.
• Fixed an issue where MAOB comparison figures were being calculated using pupils from the comparison series rather than the active series.
• Fixed an issue with bulk exports where classes from other year groups could be included if they were linked to the same course.
• Improved bulk exports to support larger data series.
• Staff names are now included within class rows on bulk exports.
• Staff name tags now respect the staff member's configured start and end dates (against the group).

Course Overview (KS5)

• Staff name tags now respect the staff member's configured start and end dates (against the group).

Course Summary (KS4)

• Fixed the Insights 'Copy' function so that copied commentary no longer includes HTML code when pasted into other applications.

Press Release (KS4)

• Fixed an issue where the Male % figure incorrectly repeated the pupil count instead of displaying the percentage.
• Increased text size in selected areas of the printed report to improve readability.
