Thank you for choosing 4Matrix, and welcome to the 4Matrix Cloud documentation site. Here you'll find detailed guidance on using 4Matrix, including explanations of each tool, along with screen grabs and videos where helpful.
This guide is a work in progress, with new topics being added on a weekly basis.
How to use this guide
- Use the menu on the left to browse the available topics.
- Use the Search option in the top-right to look for key words and terms.
- Switch between light and dark mode using the sun/moon icon in the top-right.
- To print a topic, open your browser's menu (usually in the very top-right) and select Print. Most pages should print without scaling adjustments.
- Additional help options can be found in the footer of this site.
Getting Started
If you’re new to 4Matrix Cloud, we recommend starting with:
- The Getting Started section – to help you log in and set up.
- If your school uses 4Matrix Desktop, decide if you want to migrate your data and view the Migrating Data topic.
- Make importing data a breeze by linking 4Matrix to your MIS.
