Update 6th March

This update included new features and fixes.

This changelog summarises multiple updates from early March, where several patches were issued in quick succession to fix issues with the new custom key stage 3 import options, and the handling of X grades.

New Features - Analysis

Course Tracking (New Tool for KS5)

• Track course performance over time.

Custom KS3 Grading (New Module for KS3)

• KS3 Options tool added which allows setup of Custom Grading, Percentages, Ranking and more.
• Results Overview and Course Summary support Custom KS3 Grading.
• The spreadsheet import wizard has been updated to support custom KS3 grading field mapping.

Grade Breakdown (New Tool for KS5)

• View attainment by course type.

New Tools

New analysis tools are automatically added to the Admin and User roles. Custom roles do not receive new tools automatically. An Admin user must enable them manually via the Roles tool. Access is not restricted by Performance Type - access to a tool includes both KS4 and KS5 versions, subject to the active paid Edition.

Fixes – Analysis

X Grade Handling

• Fixed X grade handling in the following tools so that they no longer count towards entries:
  • Results Overview (KS4/5)
  • Course Summary (KS4/5)
  • Course Overview (KS4)

New Features - Admin

Import Wizard

• The Series Creation pop-up is improved; now divided into steps to allow for a more streamlined setup, separating the series and key stage settings from performance measures.

Edit Course Result (New Tool)

• An alternative to the Edit Results Tool; here you can edit results by Course. This is particularly useful for KS3 series using multiple Custom Grading options.
