This update included new features and fixes.

New - Analysis​

Course Overview

  • Expand row detail has updated to show pupil details, grades, P8, A8, KS2APS, SVA, Demographics and Attendance.
  • SVA added to top-level rows.

New - Admin​

  • New UI (grid-view) with multi-select and bulk-actions options.

Fixes - Analysis​

Performance Measures

  • Pupils with key stage 2 data but no attainment are now included in Progress 8 measures
  • Pupils with no attainment are now correctly included in KPIs in all areas:
    • Press Release
    • KPI when expanding performance rows
    • Performance Tracking
    • Progress 8 tool now shows pupils with no attainment/grades
    • EBacc tool now includes pupils with no attainment in summary calculations dialogue
    • English and Maths Threshold measures now show and include pupils with no attainment/grades

Course Profile

  • Show Columns function now includes demographics.

Course Summary

  • Residual colour-quartile order fixed.
  • Distribution column header label updated to Variance to match Course Profile, for consistency.

EBacc

  • Recalculate Series option (via Series tool) will force the KS2 data column in this tool to populate, along with missing EBacc VA scores.
  • Attainment/grades are now colour-coded for cohorts with no key stage 2 data.

KPI

  • Improved stability and performance.

Performance Tracking

  • Now respects pupil filters.

Progress 8

  • Basket-level scores now use conventional rounding e.g. 0.325 is rounded to 033.
  • Attainment/grades are now colour-coded for cohorts with no key stage 2 data.

Fixes - Admin​

Edit Pupils

  • The search here now works for both forename and surname, not just forename.

Edit Results

  • Pupils with no grades who are linked to the series now show in this tool.

Import (MIS and spreadsheets)

  • Tiered subjects can now be mapped to the same course and they will merge on completion of the import.
  • Improved handling of the auto-map feature for courses.
  • Courses panel can now be searched/filtered by QAN as well as name.
  • Only one QAN in any single course can be selected for mapping; additional options are greyed out on mapping.
  • Improved responsiveness of changes made during data validation step, specifically for SEN and Combined Sciences.

Series

  • Recalculate Series option now respects the individual measure settings for Progress 8, SVA and Transition Matrices.

  • Recalculate Series now includes pupils with no results/no attainment.
