Connect 4Matrix Cloud to 4Matrix Fusion. In this topic:

Notifying 4Matrix to complete the connection​

Trusts can request connections for all their schools, and individual schools can request their own connection too.

Before proceeding, please ensure the school has been added to 4Matrix Fusion > Schools tool.

Visit our support portal and create a ticket. Please include:

  • Your Trust's full name
  • Your school's full name(s)

We will contact you to confirm the connection is complete, usually within 48 hours.

Future Changes​

We are looking at ways to streamline this process, including supplying an additional Connection File for users to import into the 4Matrix Cloud Data Connections tool (Connection Files are currently only applicable to 4Matrix Desktop).
